  • Depending on the size of your operation, getting all of ClearPath's moving parts tightly configured or will take 1-2 weeks and even includes a few training sessions. During your initial demo, we'll learn how ClearPath will suit your auto transport business in greater detail. The checklist shown on this page will give you a good idea of how we'll get started.

    1. Define and Involve Key Staff
    The key to taking advantage of ClearPath's features is to understand who will be using ClearPath within your organization and what are their responsibilities. What do dispatchers, drivers and carriers need from you? What do you need from them? Do your drivers need mobile access and tools?


    2. Import Carrier, Customer, Driver and Owner-Operator Details
    Several fields in ClearPath have been given type-ahead functionality that acts kind of like a search engine's search box. So when you are creating a load and want to assign it to a carrier, there's not a huge drop-down list of carrier options. Just type a few letters of a carrier or driver's name to quickly select them.


    3. Import Vehicles and Create a Load
    With all of your basic moving parts in place (drivers, trucks and carriers), we'll walk you through dispatching your first load. The Loads Screen has a lot of powerful features that won't jump out at first, but ClearPath even alerts you when building a load is comprised with expiring driver/carrier licences.


    4. Create Invoices and Pay DriversWith our first load delivered, generate PDF invoices that you can email to your customers or carriers. See what you owe drivers and get them paid right away. And with added Quickbooks Integration services you can transfer/sync invoices right to your local QB file.
