This privacy policy applies to the ePOD (electronic proof of delivery) systems owned and operated by ClearPath TMS (hereinafter referred to as us, we, or our).

This privacy policy describes how our ePOD systems collects and uses the personal information you provide to us and it also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information.

Your Personal Information is used only for providing and improving our ePOD systems. By using our ePOD systems, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services. We will also retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements Information Collection and Use When using our ePOD systems, you may be asked to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, email address, postal address and phone number (“Personal Information”). Your personal information may be used to contact you about your use of ePOD systems, research purposes and to generally improve the content and functionality of ePOD systems.

Types of Data We Collect

We collect information that your device sends whenever you visit our ePOD apps (“Log Data”) which may include such information as your location, the mobile pages of ePOD systems that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, the vehicle damage image data and other statistics, clickstream data.

Compliance with Law

ClearPath TMS will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law.

Business Transaction

ClearPath TMS may assign or transfer this privacy policy, and your user account and related information and data, to any person or entity that acquires or is merged with ClearPath TMS You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Thus, we advise you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of ePOD systems declares your agreement to be bound by such changes to the privacy policy. Your only remedy, if you do not accept the terms of this privacy policy, is to discontinue use of ePOD systems and ePOD systems.
